Fun times - trying to do a weekly trial

I'm currently in a group about to enter Sanctum Ophidia. It's been 1 hour since the group started, but we're trying to get the whole party to walk through the door at the same time rather than port in to minimise the chance of people crashing inside. Invariably there's someone being kicked to the login screen, unable to log back in unless they're kicked from the group, etc.

When before we started the trials group, I was kicked to the login screen three times today after logging in a character in Orsinium and spending a minute or two unable to use skills, swap bars or use doors.

From what I've been hearing from guildies, these issues are prevalent and aren't getting any better.

I've had similar issues in the past, so I don't think this week's patch is wholly responsible, but it certainly feels much worse now.

When you walk in the door stop, look to your left at the grass and wall. The wall be untextured and the grass 2D.
Do not move forward untill first the wall renders, and second the grass renders in as 3D, you can also wait longer until you see the serpent appear and talk. Do not spam any abilities/ buffs during this time

Kinda sucks you need to have work arounds for issues that should be able to be fully support for their own purpose. I don't know much about about this trial (or any of them), is this normal, is there an error or bug causing this that they are working on in the next patch?

It's annoying yes, this is the only really big issue with any of the trials that i have noticed. I think they just made that first area in SO too detailed and large with too much water etc lol.
It's been a bug forever with this trial, no idea if they will ever fix it, but the workaround above works 99% of the time for me.

We finished it with a nice score in the end, but took an hour to get going and we had a couple of disconnects during the run. This is particularly annoying in trials because we're going for leaderboards/weekly scores, but the issues I mentioned are by no means restricted to trials, much less to Sanctum specifically.

Talk about immersion geez. I have heard of games making you pay attention to surroundings, but this, this is on a whole other level.
