Someone posts about npcs not looking at them and guess what you reply, people post about important things like eso plus becoming inactive people not getting crowns and you dont even have the decency to reply or even look into it and tell us you are aware of the problem and that it might take time but your fixing it, but no you cant even do that

    Tickets on crowns are being ignored. That's the point.

    How do you know they're being ignored? Are they not being solved immediately to your satisfaction or has there been no response or, perhaps, ZOS just needs a little time to address the problem?

    With the Subscription, you have to take in to account your platform. If you make the purchase from one of the stores (PS or MS), you have to deal with them first. It may have something to do with their presentation to the ESO store. If you purchase directly through t Beth, it's the other way around.

    Personally I would never purchase directly through Beth. I purchase through the PS Store. That way I have some protection and recourse.

    Making silly topics as " officale thread for barber" and other bs instead of real isseu,s that is wrong.
    The. reason it appears to be no problem , might be that people don,t buy broken stuff like eso plus.
    And support is just a joke .

    + is not working for a lot of people on the EU. Got it. What platform(s)? Is it just one of the platforms or all of them? Are the purchases made through the platforms or directly from ZOS.

    So many questions! :)

    Oh! And do we have ticket numbers already submitted so that we can do a class-action style follow-up? Just a thought.

    I know I sound annoying, but I've been dealing with Beth & ZOS ticket methodology for a long time as well as PS so I'm very familiar with it.

    Gone through MS exec board on this already. ZOS need to make changes to thier systems to allow payments and data to be transferred automatically as they have it as a manual import. We have to ask them to actually check it all the time and them activate our membership again, but we do this and they just don't give the crowns...check the XB support tab it's full of this same issue and they just say we should cancel, claim a refund and then repurchase it. But I've done that and still not gotten my crowns ffs.

    But as you can see the "community managers" ignore this and provide no information to us at all. Guess we aren't the community after all. Going to join in on eso live and wreck that chat stream with "where are my crowns over and over" sorry everyone but I have taken a real issue to them ignoring me and hundreds of others.

    Perhaps they're not being ignored but the support team is overloaded with tickets after the console maintenance. They gave people the go ahead to return to Orsinium but many are still getting stuck in crash loops, in need of a character move.

    Sorry but...Virgin Media, O2, The UK Government departments even Ryanair of all companies in the world who openly said they don't care about customer service as they are that cheap...still respond to thier customers / taxpayers and the above 4 are noted to be horrific in terms of service here... but rather than appease paying customers the "team" would rather be sitting in one of thier parents basements by the looks of it promoting the next broken crap heading our way... sorry but this is one American firm that really needs to pull it's head out.

    Okay, I get it. Sounds like they're manually doing the transfer as the funds are coming in from the locations in different exchange rates and formats (as ZOS is US, they probably default just to USD in their accounting systems as most of us do - foolishly when we deal internationally). While we, in the US may be quite advanced in a lot of things, in our accounting and receivables, we are most definitely not. Having worked with this sort of thing for years, as I said, I have no doubt that they simply aren't using the capacities of their exchanges to do the transfers in a real time manner and end up gumming everything up because of it.

    Hey ZOS - if you need some help with international currently transfer issues, I'm happy to help. You're accounting dept must already be overwhelmed (as ESO is only one part of your large organization). We're out here if you need any assistance.

    Not sure how the "community managers" can help or even how the "chat streams" could. This is obviously an issue with not having their automated receivables systems in place for real time exchange data transfers. I wouldn't doubt that the cm's and chat folks do actually transfer the info over to their administrative teams, but, take it from me, especially in large corporations, the accounting teams often move like molasses as they have so many convoluted regulatory and certification hoops they have to jump through.

    I am sorry that y'all are experiencing this, but, take it from an accounting and regulatory compliance specialist, I have a feeling that there is more going on here than meets the eyes.

    I would be wary of MS telling you to keep renewing your subscriptions though. Multiple duplicates will really make things messy.
