Continued messages of "Computer not authorized"

Every time I attempt to log in, I am told that my computer is not authorized. It is many hours before I am sent an access code and they often do not work (might be my repeated attempts at entry using old access codes). The only two times I have succeeded in logging in have been late at night. This leads me to wonder if a full server is the cause behind the message.

Thank you, but I'm no IT Tech. I have no idea how to set up my router. And I doubt that would explain why it takes hours to receive the email with the code in it.

No, it would not affect the emails.

However the port triggering can make for a better communication with the server. Setting it up is fairly easy, just google the model number of your router and "Port Triggering" and you will find several pages with screen shots on how to do this. Basically, your going to enter some port numbers in a certain place in your router's GUI.

Also, your Anti Virus could be getting in the way, add the ESO.exe and ESO64.exe to the exceptions list.
