Not a happy camper and if my day could get any worse this happens next.
Well before the update i was a eso subscriber never a issues paying month to month through my checking account well that had changed .Just imagine yourself in my shoes you come home and put on the game ready to chill out and play then you find out your no longer a eso subscriber.Then you go into a wth mode so i contacted customer service as pissed off as i was questioning what happen to my account no response from them this is normal to them .I then contacted them through phone and left a message no response .I then spent a hour with Microsoft they discovered issues with there game it crashed at least 10 times out side the main city in wrothgar today they took a note of that and then did a complete walk through of my Xbox One to see if my system had any issues well no issues was found at all .

So they couldn't understand how i lost my subscription when i paid for the month of June the new subscription would of over lapped July 7th so this was very frustrating so they canceled July subscription they said it was pending then we waited a bit rebooted the system the service rep from Microsoft ask me to re buy a new subscription so i did well the subscription was there but no 1500 crowns no use of the crafting bag so he had removed that subscription again now i have to wait at least 72 hours to get the money back in to my bank account and he going to contact me in 3 days .So please be aware this was done with out my knoll-age my subscription removed by Zenimax this is unfair not right and i deserve to know what happen and want it repaired in sted of the excuses i get.
I did find out they have a high ticket volume gee i wonder why? And how many people besides me lost there subscriptions through this update Not saying everyone going to have this issue but there are a few and i feel they owe me for the frustration and the loss of my subscription .Now i did not do anything against there TOS or i would of lost my account and a letter after learning about what just happen to others i want answers .So if any one had this issue your not alone .
