Stam Nightblade - what race is your favorite?

With the upcoming race change I'm considering switching races and could use your guys' thoughts and help.

Currently I'm a redguard stam nightblade.
My playstyle: Mainly PvP & Ganker/Brawler (Has enough weapon damage for ganks & Enough resources to fight it out - but not fully all the way on one side)

This link has updated racial changes if you want a reference:
http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Racial+Skills

Bosmer and Khajit look pretty appealing to me but I'm not sure about stealthy, does anyone know if it procs off of nightblades cloak?

I also was advised to go Orc but I'm not sure if it really fits my playstyle that well.

Anywho what are your guys' thoughts on your favorite race and why? or If you have advice for me that would be much appreciated!

My favourite is woodelf for stealthy damages bonus and 21% bonus stamina recovery (really usefull for higher damages and better sustain at the same time). If I remember, yes stealthy procs on cloak.

I have a khajit and with the the new race passive changes its going to be really good.

Personally I like dark elf a lot though, the extra Stam and extra magicka help out a lot.

A lot of people seem to forget that steam nightblades still need magika

Thank you guys for your input!!

Also I tested, stealthy bonus seems to only apply when in crouch stealth and not nightblade cloak invisibility.

Of course you have to be in stealth mode. Otherwise the tooltip would be like this:

Improves stealth radius by 1/2/3 meters and damage done while stealthed or invisible by 3/6/9%

Other thing would be that even when stealthed and cloaked both at the same time would not increase the dmg, that would be a bug!

Yes, the passive "Stealthy" does work while cloaked.

I'd stay redguard personally. I'm considering changing my Khajiit to Redguard now that they are rolling the Khajiit changes back. 10% crit is meh in Cyrodiil, and I find the "Stealthy" passive too situational compared to Redguard Stamina management. If ganking is your thing though maybe Khajiit/Bosmer

I heard a rumor recently that Orc damage passive doesn't apply to surprise attack, can anyone confirm truth to this?

If Orc passives works with NB surprise attack, it's definitely the way to go next patch.

Wrobel just confirmed that bosmer max stamina will go from 3% to 6%,

Im rerolling bosmer for SURE. so happy with this

thats 6% max stam, 21% stam regen, 10% fall damage reduction, AND stealthy, AND i like the way they look, so im super excited :D

even though majority of people will be going redguard

Did they say that they were nerfing redguard stam return from every 3 seconds to 5 seconds?

If so bosmer is a no brainer between the two, higher stam regen close enough max stam.

On stat food maybe, but I wouldn't run stat food on my stamnb.

Redguard also has a 10% regen, so well, even with drinks, Redguard will have higher sustain, though the margin would be much lesser.

Currently it's like 400 regen on drink at 3 seconds, next patch at 5 it should cut that in half almost. Versus 21% flat tooltip regen always on tap.

Sustain isn't an issue really though on drink, if Orc passives apply that physical damage is useful.
