Since I seen this guy who was a hybrid dps and tank destroy an entire army of people by himself including me I wanted to become one myself I am a Dk with 259 CP does anyone have any suggestions to help me out?

Pelinal's aptitude, dual-wield, Dunmer, stack weapon power, fully glyph in Prismatic defense glyphs. You'll end up with about 28k stamina and magicka, and 4k weapon and spell power.
The problem you'll have as far as optimizing your build goes pertains to how to spend your Mage tree CP. I'm not sure what the right answer would be, but I imagine it involves putting a good amount into Thaumaturge, splitting the rest in Elemental Expert and Mighty, etc. It's complex, but doable.
Probably not the kind of character you're going to bring on end-game raids and certain dungeons, but might be fun in PvP.0 -
