Seriously, i really can't be bothered waiting 3 hours for a hotfix thats 4 weeks too late.

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

✭Because ZOS doesn't want to to pay for enough bandwidth to support fast patching. They also don't want to pay for enough bandwidth to support smooth PVP play either. They're cheap.

✭✭✭✭✭If you're downloading 16GB, that's an issue with your console. I did a complete re-install of the game like 2 weeks ago, now after this patch of 16gb the game performance has dropped a lot.PS4 EU DC
