Stam Dk In Heavy Armor Question

I just finished off my new Dk Stam last night, I wanted something different from the same old medium armor thing, with Heavy Armor changes from DB seems viable for DK's to pull off in PvP. I have the 5 piece Black Rose set, now I'm wondering what people are running as far as Head and Shoulders. Are you using a monster set, or creat head/shoulders/weapon set for extra bonus'?
