Orsinium lags more than Cyrodiil, it reloads me in soo many times, it takes 30 minutes to get from the wayshrine to drop off my Dailies there... If I lag out to a blue screen to report to Sony, or if I forget to switch zones before logging off, I spawn into Orsinium and it loads me in 3-5 times.
I have 115mbps download and I'm hard wired, so i don't want the BS excuse of maybe it's your internet. All the characters are usually silhouettes, not a real character.
