PS4 is on its way momentarily.

There is still one edge-case crash cause in Orsinium that we are working on a fix for, but it is easily avoidable. If you Wayshrine into Orsinium (the city) and quickly run into the city, especially with a movement speed buff on, you may crash. Waiting a few seconds before moving after you Wayshrine into Orsinium will greatly reduce the likelihood that you will crash. This issue will be fixed in a future patch.
I have been walking in Orsinium as I would on a minefield for weeks now. I do hope your fix will be worthy of the name...

...yet they still manage to load the crown store with pretty mounts for 4000 crowns.
If you can't test new content properly then dont release it in the first place eh?

The PS4 patch notes do not include a fix for the performance issues and crashes?
I'm on PS4 and there has been lag, random loading screens and npc/quest markers taking minutes to load in since DB. Has this not been fixed on PS4 too - as it's not mentioned in the notes?
To clarify, the PS4 patch does include some fixes to improve performance; the crash fixes we implemented were only on Xbox.

We have identified a cause of the majority of the crashes to dashboard and crash loops that some characters are getting caught in on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The issue is related to memory, and we have a fix that improves memory handling for both console clients.

After 20m with the new patch:
Loading screens remain
Crypt of Hearts vet, basically unplayable
Invisible mobs and NPCs galore
Sound still cutting out randomly
Everyone is a black shadow
Activity Finder I'm sure will stop working as soon as it comes under the evening strain.
A 16GB patch...
Nothing was fixed. Nothing essential.
I'm sorry, but I can't support this game anymore. Wish you folks all the best, though. There's some incredible talent and promise here, but something is hamstringing the process.

Miscellaneous
General
Fixed a number of common crashes on Xbox One, including crashes that would often happen while in Orsinium and Elden Root.
Fixed a common crash on Xbox One that would occur loading into and out of the character select screen.
What did you even "fix" exactly?? I load my alts to feed, npcs load fine, in-fact no loading time. I get on my main, ride 50 meters, not a single npc in site until after a full minute goes by, *loading screen* are you freaking serious?! Ride up to hrota, run through to the first item for pickup, "oh nice someone just ran through, not a single enemy in si....wait what's this attacking me? There's nothing here" 5 enemies load in attacking me....!!! Mementos still do not work either, and this issue is still only on my main character...
Edit: So I should probably correct this, while mementos and npc loading are stilllll broken, that one loading screen upon first entering after the update has been the only random laoding screen I got so far (knock on wood, please don't jinx it) There's been very little jittery issues when it feels like it's gonna happen though.
