Strange problem:
Just started thieves guild. When I walk/run any direction I roll/dodge then I barely walk at all then run then roll etc...I hear some kind of magic static and the edges of the screen glow gold as well as my boots. Anyone have this issue? (On PC)

Happends me sometimes on PvP. I start to walk slowly even than I dont clicked the button changing walk/run.0
