Eso plus not working even though it is active?
Hi this is the first time I have ever had a problem I don't know if it is happening to anyone else but my eso plus is active and up to date but I dont have access to any dlc anymore I submitted a ticket but still no response im on xbox one eu server please help!

✭✭✭✭✭be sure to add your ticket number so ZOS staff can assist when they have capacity...this is how my situation gets resolved each month i try ESO Plus.
My issues is usually crowns and sometimes DLC access but I've purchased most so there is less of a chance for me to have this experience but it could've been happening all along and I didn't know it cause of purchases.Edited by NewBlacksmurf on July 6, 2016 7:23PM-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

✭✭✭✭I don't think it's just you... I've been seeing this a lot on the forums on multiple platforms.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

Methadone_Man✭✭✭This issue happens to many people, me included, on at least one occasion. I couldn't access the DLC areas for a few days. Support didn't do anything useful to help.Gamertag is Methadone Man0

ZOS cannot fix it, ZOS are simple minded people.
You need to contact xbox support (I did it online) and they can fix the problem for you, just tell them that ESO plus is not working and you need them to cancel your sub so you can redo it. they should be able to fix the problem in around 30 minutes.
