PVPing for fun? or for the skills?

PVP is not my cup of tea - probably because I stink at it and Cyro is not very forgiving for scrubs like me. However, there are certain skills I would like to have that are only available from PVPing. Which brings me to the question in the discussion title: I'm wondering how many players go to Cyrodiil to get those skills (and/or shards, dolmens, delves, etc.) who have no real interest in PVPing and no intention of returning one they achieve their goals.

NB: I deliberately did not post this in the PVP forum because the readers there are most likely pro-PVP. I'd like to see what the general population has to say.

I went to pvp for the sole reason of caltraps and found it is one the best and most dynamic experiences this game has to offer.
Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

If you have a magicka build you can go in with a resto staff and use rapid regen or mutagen on groups of people and you can level up the skill lines pretty fast.

Little bit of both to be honest.

The skills were my excuse to actually go to Cyrodiil and PvP more.

That doesn't include doing the PvE part, which I've already completed on 2 characters and have one that's just missing the far town quests.

Once I got there and learned the ropes a bit, it was actually quite fun (even with the lag sometimes).

The skills also gave me the motivation to play with each of my EP characters, so I'm learning how to PvP with the different classes.

I'd rather be tied up and spanked with a paddle than PvP most of the time.

In other words, I may be a masochist, but, frankly, not that much of one. :)

I did it for the skills with my first character. I had fun a few times, but hated it 95% of the time so my other 11 characters only do the siege tutorial.

I do it for the Skills. Vigor and Caltrops are must have for Stamina characters.

I am fairly new to PvP, about 3 months in I would say but have played ESO for over 2yrs.

I first went there for the skill lines, Assault and Support, but found it to be so much FUN I hardly ever go back to PvE.
