Have to agree to T&C every time, audio & UI scaling never saves.

Everytime I load the game I have to agree to T&C, adjust audio settings and change my interface scaling because it resets every time.
Anyone know why or how I can fix it?

This problem is supposedly being looked at but the thread got so much attention that the mods closed it due to "spam" but they are more seeming on dodging the bullet with this one.Phantomawe0
