Potion bug on ps4 eu

When i use a potion on my breton nightblade the effect lasts for 90 sek and its not just a display error in character sheet. I did some testing on a giant and without the potion my swallow soul
does 11463 crit damage and with the potion 12465 crit damage well after the potion cooldown has come and gone.
Safe to say this is a game breaking bug in pvp and needs to be fixed asap.
I first noticed this 2 days ago and it still works today after the latest patch.

The game is actually just a cluster of random bugs in where the bugs have effectively bugged each other out and amazingly give the illusion of a working game.
