✭No, the pauldrons drops on the undaunted gold rewards, the helm drops from the bosses in group dungeons. ✭✭✭✭✭As Milvan stated the helms come from the bosses in the Venteran Dungeons at a chance to drop from the final boss. It doesn't matter if this is the daily quest or not you can farm the helmets as much as you want.
The shoulders come from the gold reward chests at a chance (which will become a guaranteed drop from a gold chest next update).@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

As far as I know the gold key is 100% (purple) drop of shoulders now, silver is 50% (blue) and bronze (green) aprox. 25%. I usually do silver everyday since it's easy to farm. I can confirm that even bronze drops shoulder since I've gotten a green one from it myself.CP 1200+ PC EU EP2
