There is a right way and wrong way. The two extremes kill. No new gear standard equals ever equals progression being only more power and a select few being BiS. Refreshing too soon and upgrading gear becomes a chore that you never finish. I think gear cap should raise every six months to a year and a good raise.khele23eb17_ESO wrote: »
