Cant get in the game

Ok i have created an account, and i can log into the website no problem but the game keeps telling me incorrect user details. Have changed my password a couple of times, have checked and rechecked everything a dozen times, still get into the website all ok, but game keeps saying incorrect login details. Pretty much do not know what to do at this point. I this a known problem?, i don't get it.

If you haven't already you can open a ticket with the customer support team via this page: help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home just click the "Additional Support Options" on the right side.

Otherwise you'll have to wait and see if a customer service member sees this thread and replies.

Which website are you logging in to, these forums or your account page? They have separate login credentials. You log into the game with your account credentials, not the forum ones.

Have you bought the game and registered it to your account? It is buy to play, not free to play so you can't just download it, create an account and play.
