I've posted this and actually better max speed combinations here many times in the past and begged for a minor expedition buff to lightning form ever since the major/minor buff debacle ruined using rapids with speed pots and Fiord's Legacy. I'd used Dreugh and Vicious Ophidian on my stam sorc on and off since way back.

With the Assassin passive that cloaks your mount from mob agro you should see what you can do with Fiord's and the Ward of Cyrodiil 3-piece bonus and importantly you don't need to kill things. That's especially important when doing a scroll run.

Rapid Maneuvers is the same as the 5 peice from the DREUGH king slayer set.... so you are wasting that set slot. Fjord legacy set increases ALL movement speed.. its a must for any speed build.

But dreugh king stacks with all other sources of major expedition.

Btw. OP: You can try to get 2x dreugh king weapons to switch over to 7 medium ^^

Oh yeah, I have the Dreugh King Slayer set and love that speed and aggression after a kill, especially when grinding during enlightenment. It's nonstop speed from kills to the next kill. Also with the passive 20% increase to weapon damage, I notice my weapon damage stat skyrockets into the 5K while the perk is passively activated. Just awesome! Yeah, I'm hoping nobody reports me thinking I am using an exploit or something. I'm not sure, though, about stacking it with the Vicious. I think I would lose a lot of weapon dam, stam and health if I go away from pieces from the 2 other sets I have stacked with.

VO is definitely stacking with rapids and I am pretty sure the dodge roll. After the first trash pull in SO, I roll dodge and can be at Manti about 2 minutes ahead of the rest of my group. haha. Really liking this Vicious Ophidian with TBS in a raid. Might not be absolute BIS, but it is lovely with movement and resources.
