Well they just put it there with a bunch of other house all around the map. You'll be able to buy and customize them once the Vardenfell DLC goes live.
But I guess the price on this one should be around 10m gold.. just a guess ofc.

What would likely be the benefit of such a costly player house (other than RP)?
Now the real questions here:
- Is it going to be permanent and instanced?
- Is it going to be temporary/rented and instanced?
- Is it going to be permanent and non-instanced?
- Is it going to be temporary/rented and non-instanced?
- Are any available in Cyrodill?
- Are they just cosmetic or they will have specific buffs or any other pratical use.
I would would be great if they could give us a bigger glimpse about housing.

@Flak
How do you know about the Vvardenfell DLC? Is that a datamining or something? Do you have a link to share?

Utility.
Train your horse there, do all your crafting, pick up/drop off writs, practice dummy, trophy collection, guild meetings, etc

I wonder if it may need something more useful for non-RP players, like extra storage capacity for bound items, perhaps something like a garden with alchemy nodes, etc., or extra friend list slots / guild slots.
4 pointless minutes.
I personally don't find boundary busting video game parkour interesting. However, I'm aware that there are people that enjoy doing it, and they occasionally find things that point towards future developments in the game that does interest me. Happily, Flak went to the trouble of describing what he found in the body of his post, so I didn't need to watch the video. In fact, Flak even pointed out in his post that the video played in fast-forward to keep it form being boringly long. This helpful information allowed me to make the informed decision to not watch the video myself while still obtaining the interesting nugget of information about possible player housing.4 pointless minutes.
