Returning to the game, new laptop, never receive an access code?

Hi All,
I am returning to the game and have waited 3 hours now for an access code and it hasn't been sent. The reason I need an access code is because I am logging in from a brand new gaming laptop! I can't even submit a support request due to never receiving an access code! Low and behold upon logging into the forums I get an instant notification via email about earning a second anniversary badge so I know the email system works. The emails are not in spam. How do I go about resolving this issue? I am in between a rock and a hard place because I can't even submit a support request!
