✭✭Hmmm? I have fast vampire sneak speed on PS4, EU... lol
I'm more excited about actual performance improvements (hopefully) with this patch so I can hand in my writs in Orsinium and do DB contracts without getting 5+ loading screens and textures, NPCs, players loading as slow as ever.
And hopefully less lag in Cyrodiil and elsewhere, overall.
