Attention: Launcher broken after patch

Hi Everyone

Just wanted to let you know that the game launcher may get broken after today's patch. I am currently repairing via the game launcher repair option...

Anyone else facing the same problem since patch?

But let's see it positive: More time for me to do productive stuff

I think you might have missed the critical part of that sequence. The first time it tells you, it's going to need a repair, quit out of the launcher instead of clicking repair, then restart the launcher and see if the issue persists.

Try not repairing next time. Seriously, just ignore the repair button, close the launcher and launch the game from the .exe. The launcher is only required to update the game, you don't need it to play. And I've found it repeatedly told me to repair the game, but after closing it and opening again, the repair button was gone and replaced by the play button. So don't trust the launcher unless you actually have issues with the game.

Try just reinstalling the launcher (not the whole game ofc).
