After completing way too many quests to try to get Cp160 gear for my other characters I can only conclude that there is about a 1 in 100-150 chance to actually get Cp160 gear in this. Would it kill you to please increase the drop rate even a little... 4 characters doing wrothgar daily quests and farming every chest and buying every treasure map I can find for can find in orsinium, hews bane, and the gold coast just is not panning out. Would like to complete my sets some time within the next 10 years or so...

I'm a fan of this set.

I don't get why there was ever 15/150 gear to be honest, it's all 16/160 areas with 16/160 bosses, it should have at least been adjusted along with the other sets in the last patch imo.

And as for the new weapons? yeah, right, believe it when I see it.

Sadly, I concur. I gave up on this months ago.

If they want to keep the terrible RNG drop, RNG level, RNG trait system they need to at least add a token system where you can save up and be guaranteed able to buy these after a certain time invested.

All the current system accomplishes is to disappoint me and ensure I'll never go back to Wrothgar.

I mean realy if they are going to bind something on pickup it should be AT OR ABOVE the character level. Otherwise its just another pos slated for deconstruction hence NOT A REWARD!

Wearing CP150 Briarheart on one character. I've gotten multiple copies of every armor piece for Briarheart (same for Trinimac and Pariah as well).

Still, of all of these drops only two pieces of Briarheart were CP160

I have a blue 160 neck, a Purple 160 Ring and a blue 150 ring, 160 legs and 160 hands, but I had these in the bank for like the first few months after Wrothgar was released, was out trying for some weapons recently but no luck and 160 gear seems rare now, unlike before the TG dlc.

I would be happy with one more purple 160 ring...

The CP 150 stuff never should have existed for CP 160+ characters. The Briarheart/Trinimac/Pariah loot found in chests never should have been bind on pickup. If they fix these two things, Tamriel and my sanity will be better for it. I'm nearing 100 daily turnins without a single cp160 Briarheart 1 handed weapon. I went into it thinking I could make a build with 2 precise Briarheart daggers. I'm wondering if someone at ZoS with the proper drop rates on hand mathematically figured out how long that would take to farm. If my grandkids will still be farming for that set 50 years from now, I'm thinking the itemization might be a bit too rough.

yhea grinding each day doing the daily quest i found one purple neck and its not even the one i need for stamina

and i found helment cp150 blue and that is it im going out of my mind please increase it

OR PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF THANOS MAKE IT TRADABLE

In the chest in IC mainly the portals.

Same thing with VMA weapons. The current drop rate is something like 1/218 chance to drop what you are looking for.

ZoS needs to fix the layers of RNG BS that are throughout the game.

I do have 4 CP160 pieces from the first month or so after Wrothgar came out on my original V16 character but again he wears inferior gear due to the cp150 ring. I have gotten 1-2 other CP160 pieces but have been duplicates. These pieces also drop in Hew's Bane and Gold Coast treasure chests but even there the drop rate for 160 is the same. Treasure? heh not realy.

Forget it. You can farm a set for a year and still won't get it.

Loot RNG is super faaaaack in this game. Go with crafted sets. Buy/farm only juwelery.

Orsinium gear drops were never adjusted post VR removal and drop rates have not been adjusted to reflect your two DLC'S past introduction on vr16 cp160.

This is a massive oversight I've given up,trying to get cp160 set weapons from Orsinium it is just ***, and if they are listening to feedback regarding this they have said nothing.

but you what this perk doesn't with all items likes it said.

The problem is that drop level is not adjusted after VR removal. And it's not only orcinium problem..
Really non-scalable drops in scalable zones are completely useless (( and that should be fixed.

Ya I have searched with master treasure hunter enabled and not enabled, I don't see any difference anymore, where before TG/DB the difference was quite noticeable.

Maybe Treasure hunter is broken?

I gave up on it after the math shows crafted pieces are for the most part "best in slot" which was about 2 hours after the Orc dlc. If you are after Briar you should just look at Nightmothers Gaze for solo and small group content and Twice born for organized trials until you can get the trial gear. If you are wanting pvp gear, there is a nice variety of crafted and telvar gears rather than the lacking briar gear.

You missed an RNG!

RNG set (Briarheart, Trinimac, trash), RNG level (CP 150/160), RNG piece (legs, sword...), RNG trait

Four levels of RNG to get what you want. Nothing in any game should ever be behind four levels of RNG.

i use 4 set gladiator 4/5 set night mother gaze, works for me as stamblade right now

put cp into treasure hunter and loot chests. boom cp160 purple hriarheart gear.

Now that the sets in Wrothgar also drops weapons it's really time to nerf the cp150 drops. We still have to deal with the traits and random gear so please ZoS scale all the drops to cp160.

I farmed for Briar months ago but gave up to get the right pieces. Last weekend I did a delve and got my first purple Briar ring; damn you RNG for getting me back into this! I need one more ring and a perfect shoulder
