✭✭✭✭✭I've /bugged it and even made a thread about it but doesn't seem to have any ZOS traction/notice yet.
It seems to be the first time you talk with an NPC, if you leave the conversation and talk again it won't happen with that NPC.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

I don't know why it's even in the game still. If I recall, this was an issue since way back when the game first got the FaceFX update in Update 5 (iirc?). Before, it wouldn't happen as often, but it now happens for me with each NPC I talk to the moment they're not in their idle pose.
Can anyone on PTS confirm whether or not it was fixed yet?0 -
