IMHO, one of the biggest problems with the console side has been a lack of text chat. Simply due to the fact that there isn't someone in your guild that can help you makes it much more difficult.

But thankfully, although it won't be something immediate, the next DLC update is supposed to include text chat for the consoles, so hopefully in the future you will have a much easier time finding some help ingame.

I ran around on voice chat asking. Finally a friendly voice directed me to an individual whom crafts for a slight fee.

I still do not know how to send messages to non-friends via xbox one. That would be helpful.

If you're xbox I can make a recommendation via message too. Though the free offer above seems pretty awesome...

One of the biggest problems is that people have all the mats for a high trait set of gear that is still going to take the crafter 20-45 minutes to craft, especially if they have to fight their way to the special crafting area, and then think that since they provided all the mats that a 2-3k tip for an entire armor set is going to motivate us to help you out.

And that time estimate doesn't include waiting for the person wanting the gear to reply to questions from the crafter because they're too busy running a delve, a trial, or off in PVP having fun, making money, and exp whilst we're running all over Tamriel making their armor for a few thousand gold.

Can you tell I'm getting a bit cranky about this subject?

Lol this is why I usually do everything I can to make the process as easy as possible. I will not do anything else while someone is tryin to help me out
