PS4 EU unplayable laggy at the moment

Is this only for me or have others the same problem?
My skills take 5 secs to go off and the mobs are glitching around every 5 secs.

Xbox EU is the same. I'm playing from Australia, so I guess there's some inherent latency issues, but it's been SHOCKINGLY bad lately. I'd switch to the NA server but I doubt it's no better and I don't want to lose my stuff. I'm assuming it's because of all the people playing, there's definitely been more activity since the DB launch.

I am from Germany, so latency shouldnt be the problem.
I was leveling in maelstrom arena and when I was advancing to stage 8 suddenly the lag drops and I couldnt play on. No chance. I have no problem with a bit lag, but this is really unplayable right now.

Then I logged into another char in Wrothgar, but here its laggy too.

turn it off and on again. (the term "it" could be anything, toaster, kettle, three gorges dam etc)

log in then out again (lumberjacks find this very useful)

Yep all day here on PS4 EU in PvP and in trials ... can't wait for the patch
