Come on ZOS!
I have spent the last 2 hours hopping back and forth from main to alts to see if my main has made it back from his trip to Alpha Centauri ..... :'(

The game just locked up when I entered and took 4 steps... Now it hard locks or desktops every time I try to log him in.....

    From a ticket I had with ZOS..

    We have identified a cause of the majority of the crashes to dashboard and crash loops that some characters are getting caught in on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The highest volume of crash loops we’re seeing are in and around Orsinium and Wrothgar, especially where you pick up and do Crafting Writs, and to a lesser degree in Elden Root and Grahtwood. We are rolling out this fix on Wednesday, July 6. Once this fix goes live, you should no longer see frequent crashes to dashboard and crash loops on specific characters.

    They also included this, so if you contact support they'll be able to move your character for you somewhere safe.

    Then stay out of Orsinium. I thought I told you kids it's too dangerous to play there. At least until the safety crew comes through and tidies that place up.

    In the meantime, please provide us with the names of the characters that crash out the game. Once we have this information we can move these characters to a safe location and have you try to log on with them again.
