Cool incap strike spinning attack

I've heard back in beta, Incap used to do more damage based on how much ultimate you had. This doesnt happen anymore because it lead to one-shots.

I believe it happens when you have somthing like 200 ultimate saved up. Its just to look cool now and gives you no advantage.

This is why. Back in the early days of the game, Incap Strike did more damage depending on how much ultimate you had, and the animation would change to the spinning attack when you had hit max power. This led to NBs saving up 1000 ult and then one-shotting people with their ult. This changed in maybe 1.3 or 1.4.

350 ult was enough for the maxed power.

I can do the spinning animation more often if I move in the left or the right side while using incap strike/soul harvest.

why, I totally forgot we have people that have never seen that version of the attack or know why its there or where it came from. I have never been one of the "back in the day" people in a MMO before ^_^
