Character Locked and No response from ZOS

Hello everyone. Yesterday i was recently playing on my character and it booted me out of the server. I tried to log back in on my toon and it said that my character was locked. I submitted a ticket to ZOS asking why i was locked and how to fix it but i am yet to receive and response from them. I can log on to all of my other characters but not my Redguard. anyone know a reason for this and what I can do? How is it ok for them to lock my char and not give me any reason even if i specifically ask them.

I would ask this in the Help section of the forums, I'm sure I've read other people having this issue but its not related to ZoS, it has to do with your character stuck in the eternal loading realm of Oblivion. I would do a character locked search in help thread. When your account is suspended its suspended, period, fin. There is no logging on to other characters.

Dude, it is the weekend and a holiday weekend at that. The soonest anyone from ZOS would actually look at the forums is Tuesday morning on the east coast of the US time zone.
