You read that right. Give me ONE GOOD REASON why we as a community shouldn't press charges for stealing, because that is what you are doing with your customers and ESO+. I'm online right now with a guild mate who said his ESO+ went offline today, and we just got $15 taken from our bank accounts to resubscribe, but lo and behold we can't use it. So like I said, exactly why are you not being charged with THEFT?

Theft is intentional. Microsoft and ZOS both admit there is an issue. Both parties are working on the issues and willing to refund any charges for services not received. That is not theft!!

My ESO+ issue was resolved in less that 15 minutes. Instead of posting this nonsense, contact Microsoft and resolve your issues .....

Took 45 minutes of troubleshooting with Xbox support to resolve my ESO+ issue; resolution consisted of cancelling my sub. To me it's not worth going through this hassle every month because ESO+ is broken. So I won't be re-subscribing unless and until someone fixes this mess.

If they know it is an issue then they should remove it from the store until it is fixed.
