Updated this today, it's basically a tier list of items that are in biggest demand and have the best sales currently at EU.
Figured it is interesting for people on Consoles or NA to compare.

you dont need it for PC because you have master merchant addon

Master Merchant does not tell you which items are currently in high demand unless you specifically check for them and even then you can't get a clear picture when it comes to rare items such as sharpened axes/daggers of viper and such.
Also when prices fluctuate by 20% within a week, MM tends to give an unreliable data for inexperienced traders.2 -

I am rather unsure if these prices match PS4, but I hope it will give you an idea of what are the most valuable gear pieces at least. I see a lot of people selling high-end, Best-in-Slot wares for a fraction of price because they don't know any better.
I hope someone posts a decent pricing list for PS4 as well.0 -

1) Let's be honest, majority of the people wont know about it nor they bother.
2) I'm trying to keep my list up to date as best as I can. I usually update it every couple of days.

✭✭✭✭✭1/ Thank you very much, very useful including for rather experienced traders like myself - but I rarely trade set items because I am never really aware what they're worth. Your info will prevent me from deconstructing or vendoring stuff that's actually worth a lot :-)
2/ Some style items are currently in very high demand and sell very well, maybe they'd be worth mentioning ( Lion's Fang for instance. ). Also nirncrux is still worth farming for gold.

The list gets updated all the time and I will take all the feedback into consideration. In the next couple of days, I will expand it quite a lot and format it for better navigation.
Nirncrux is decent at most currently, because the trait itself is rather useless for Pve/Pvp. Its mainly used to be re-sold as crafting research gear.0 -
