So bloody simple to see the issue here.
So after writing to support I get this reply.
It looks like, from the records we have received, that you last purchased ESO+ on the 4th of June and were awarded 1500 Crowns for it. We ask that you contact X-Box if you do not see your ESO+ come back once the charge has fully cleared through Microsoft. You may also contact us if it has been 24 hours since the charge went through and we can see if the membership was activated by Microsoft.
Low and behold the payment date for July is today a Sunday...so MS have basically not been paying zos on Sundays (way to join the 21st century America) so ZOS want us the customer the chase MS because neither of them are trusting enough to ensure that customers have some continuity.
ZOS you're a bunch of frauds. This is no surprise and I've checked my previous issues with this and they were all on Sundays.
I have paid for this and so have thousands of others so seriously stop blaming "technical" issues and app problems and just sort yourselves out.
Why the *** do we have to chase you idiots all the time seriously.
