So I try and log in and I get mailed I'm accessing from an unknown IP and we've mailed you a code...get the code... so you try and log in to your account right...

So you then back out and log into support and...

You've accessing from an unknown device or IP.... it's the same *** one I did seconds ago...

ZOS can you please explain this? What idiots do you have working on this stuff? Full psycho *** lepers couldn't make this stuff up. Only you could and do do this.

I gotta say, how they don't even have the sub issues resolved is beyond me. Reading about issues like this is what has always kept me from being a sub until the debacle that has been the DB console release. Now I have 2 reasons for not subbing. You would think that that would matter the most to a company, but I guess not.

Exactly . It's a 4 day weekend for a lot of people and they can't even get in to play . Imagine working all the time an then getting a break , plan on playing ESO over the weekend and then this happened . I would be upset .
