ESO Plus needs to be removed from the store till it is fixed

If it is not working as intended then it should be removed from the store till it is fixed. I support the game, but if something like this isn't working then it shouldn't be in the store till the issue is resolved to avoid people having to jump through all these hoops to get what they paid for. ZOS how can you leave something in the store knowing it isn't working right for many people?

Well, to be fare, it sounds like it "does" work. Its the auto renewal that seems to be the issue. So it would be nice if they just changed it to a "1 Month of ESO Plus" option in the store (based on what others have said), instead of this useless subscription thing. Then you just re-buy another month as you see fit.
But of course, most companies don't seem to give a crap about what kind of hoops their customers have to jump through. When they know they have you by the "short and curlies" they just ignore the noise and keep on, keeping on.
I personally just cancelled my subscription so that it no longer renews and got a refund from MS. I've lived without ESO+ for a very long time, and I'm sure I can live without it until this is fixed (even though it sounds like it's been an issue for many months).0
