Anybody else experiencing relatively short load times, only to be met with like another 3 as one starts travelling into an area?
I swear, going into big places with lots of people has never been worse since the last patch.
I get maybe a 20 second load screen entering the area, and then when I think the loading is finally done, I hop on my horse, travel a few feet, and then get another 20 second load screen, and then another, and it usually ends after two, but occasionally I get another:
Sometimes, when I'm fighting enemies, causing me to die.
Yesterday, I experienced more bugs than I did through my entire Champion 352 career.
It was the first pledge I did in a long time because usually I have no one on to do it with because the group finder is still somewhat broken: I can only get into the random dungeons and not normal dungeon groups.
And well, one of my friends was stuck in the floor, even after relogging/wayshrining back and forth, meaning that we were unable to resurrect him the whole dungeon. And it was confusing, really confusing.
Next, the group lead was passing itself to everyone new who would join the group. My friend invited me first and everyone else he would invite would randomly get passed crown, making getting just 4 people in a very tedious process.
Then passing crown was laggy. There was about a 4/5 minute delay every time someone passed crown, making this even more tedious.
Next I experienced a glitch when buying food for said group dungeon.
I bought the food and my character started freezing up: I couldn't walk forward, only side-to-side. I couldn't roll forward, only backwards, ended up having to log off, no biggie.
Came back on, however, and now I was in a group chat of zero people.
Left the group chat to rejoin, but couldn't.
The countdown to talk in the group would just reset after it hit 0.
Absolutely nothing I did fixed this: relogging, leaving and rejoining the group, nothing. I couldn't even even join the group chat, as it kept telling me I was already in it. With 0 people.
We had to speak in area chat the whole dungeon.
Am I the only one who had a lot of problems yesterday, or is it just something wrong with my PS4's performance?
I don't know, but it's really starting to tick me off now.
And so, Akatosh revealed himself to a young Gaben, and granted him purpose.
"Grant them Steam sales," he commanded.
And obey, he did.
