In PvP I swear against 80% of people I fight a big purple line appears between us.
It seems scary.

It makes even noob people have "skill". If I face a Templar alone as soon as the purple beam proc I just go away as there is no point in fighting those people.Member of HODOR

Not all people have that option. +That could put you at a big disadvantage if you're just trying to create distance and you keep getting crit rushed. That set is bugged and zos confirmed so I don't really know why you're trying to defend it. Ubless of course you use it.
I've seen that set do some ridiculous stuff and, no it wasn't the player.
