Official list of known issues - ZOS feedback

Hey there,

I stopped going online since all the issues currently in the game are preventing me from enjoying it, but since I love ESO and plan to come back when the game doesn't remind me of post launch bug/lag-fest I keep following the forum. However, as the days - weeks - months go by, I see no feedback from ZOS on so many issues.

The forum is being flooded by people complaining about the state of the game, but still no official feedback from ZOS.

We players are paying customers, and I think we deserve to be informed.
There should be an official list of all known issues and there should be a time-line when you expect to have those issue corrected (even if prone to changing).

The overwhelming silence on ZOS's side is giving me the impression that either nobody cares or knows how to fix the issues, and while looking at the forum, I think I'm not alone in this.
Not keeping in touch with your players/customers will only feed the bad reputation ESO got two years ago when it started, which is a shame since you barrely got (more or less) rid of that bad reputation recently.

If nothing, having a list of known issue might help with duplicate posts on the forum.

Thanks.

The forum is flooded by xbox owners and by people who believe that rageing in the forums will achieve anything, instead of let's say speak with their wallets.

Actually ZOS publishes a list of know issues, it's in the patch notes.

Agreed. Many online games have a public bug tracker. I assume ZOS has an internal one, they should really rework it so people can see whether the issues they encounter are on ZOS' agenda and what the status on fixing those bugs is.

    Edit:

If feedback should only come by spending money (or lack thereof), why not close the forums and social media outlets down?

I went through patch notes and found nothing... Link it for us if you know the location.

If we keep our mouths shut and only spend more money, there's really no reason for ZOS to do anything is there?
People are happily spending money, not complaining, everything must be perfect.

Like it or not, player feedback is what keeps mmorpg's alive. If people simply left when something was wrong and never shared what's wrong, most online games would simply close down.

Where has whining, crying and raging and what not gotten you so far? Absolutely nowhere.
Maybe its time to change the strategy a little.

Nobody is whining, crying, or raging here. It's simply a constructive proposal. If you have nothing worthwhile to share, then please keep it to yourself, everyone can point fingers and make kappa posts.
