Can't do my writs Wrothgar sucks!

Is it too much to ask to just be able to do my writs each day? Seems so! Wrothgar is soooo buggy and I get dashboarded back to the Xbox home screen at least twice while trying to hand in my writs in wrothgar! Please ESO fix wrothgar stability in the city so we can at least hand in our writs!!!

yeah wrothgar stability is a dumpster for some reason, makes doing the dailies a chore.

Huh?
6 of my chars do a total of 11 total writs a day day-in and day-out in Wrothgar and i have not had a problem.

Some also run daily delves there too.

No idea what you are talking about.

EDIT: just ran 11 writs, no probs after a side trip to eastmarch for some treasures.

Stuck in a console freeze/failed load/*** me for doing my writs cycle right now. Xbox 1, NA. 4 times so far... Let's see how many it takes to load in, turn in these 2 writs(not primary crafter) and GTFO...

This is well known... and works. My issue was as soon as I turned in a writ, at the box, I locked up. Your advice is great... at getting into city. The city, however, is *** beyond repair obviously...

Update: I hard reset my console, went to the bathroom, washed hands afterwards, obviously.

Loaded up and dropped off writs and was able to port away. I'd try shutting the console down so it force closes any apps that may be running in the background suckling that sweet juice.

I experience the same as OP. I only go to Wrothgar to do writs vos im on ESO Plus, use Shatul as well etc, but got my main stuck there for a week while support moved him. It crashes alot.

I wish you could hand in Writs in Cyro or imp city at top tier too, save all the horse time

There is still one edge-case crash cause in Orsinium that we are working on a fix for, but it is easily avoidable. If you Wayshrine into Orsinium (the city) and quickly run into the city, especially with a movement speed buff on, you may crash. Waiting a few seconds before moving after you Wayshrine into Orsinium will greatly reduce the likelihood that you will crash. This issue will be fixed in a future patch.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue. After the patch goes live on Wednesday, please let us know if you are running into any other crash issues on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

As a few have stated, there is a fix coming Wednesday .....

I have been doing my writs on two alts daily with no issues. What has helped me since the launch of DB is to .....

Remove personality
Remove costumes
Remove hats
Put pets away

Basically travel to Wrothgar with only armor on and travel to the Shatul Wayshrine. Don't go to the city. Once there, ride horse to the south towards then city. When you get to the first guild trader, dismount. Change your screen to first person so you do not see yourself. Then walk into the city and turn in writs. Afterwards, walk back out to the guild traders and mount your horse, lion, woman, etc and ride back to the Shatul Wayshrine.

Yep. Hopefully it solves the pvp dashboarding also. I've never crashed in pve just gets really laggy.
