OK, so I was billed on 6/24/16 for my ESO PLus.. everything has been running good up until today. I received my crowns this morning, but lost my active ESO Plus. So I go to the Crown Store and the ESO Plus page, it shows I'm active and up for billing next month. I contact support they give the BS generic, "this isn't our fault go to XBOX support... blah blah blah"... So I look on Xbox and see where my card has been successfully billed on 6/24/16, I see where Xbox shows a current and valid subscription.
I contact Xbox support and go through all of their troubleshooting and still cant access anything.. An hour and a half later, I get my credits from Xbox and my subscription cancelled.. which is what ESO Support said to do.. Now that this is complete, I did the next step ESO Support said to do, I went and created a new subscription. I power cycle my XBOX and when I log back into ESO, my ESO Plus still shows as not active?!!?!? WHY CAN THIS CRAP NOT GET SORTED OUT?!?!?!!?
