ESO Plus not showing up in game

I was charged. Xbox main menu -> Subscriptions says I'm active. But not showing on character sheet and can't access the DLC areas. I have done several hard xbox restarts. Even did a system reset on xbox. I e-mailed ZOS but no replies. Any suggestions?
