You have to understand the guy is likely running around with 65k stamina, 45k hp and 4k wpn dmg. Ultimate or not he is going to hurt.

No, they use it because it is literally the ONLY PHYSICAL ULTIMATE barring classes in the game. Wrong. Overload Heavy Attacks spray in a cone AoE, same type of AoE as Dawnbreaker.
