Well, to start for the last hour I have hard reset, restarted my X1 about five times. Cycled my router and modem two or three times. Trying to get ESOPLUS to work!!!! This is the second time in a week I have spend more time trying to get ESOPLUS to work than playing the game! Absolutely unacceptable! It's amazing to me that all these issues with the game on X1, bugs, loading screens, invisible npcs, lag and so on and so on that billing for ESOPlus is flawlessly! You got that part down perfect. Congrats this might be he final straw for me to finally cancel ESOPLUS after 10 months.

    I went through the same thing on Xbox one a few nights ago. I had to call Microsoft and have them delete/deactivate my eso plus. I then had to sign up again from in-game. Problem solved. Eso support took care of my missing crowns while it wasn't working for me.

    Side note: I unsubbed and re-subbed online before calling. That did not work.

    So this is still not working and adding insult to injury I just received an email notifying me I have just been billed for this months subscription. Called MS and they said they don't handle this issue to call ZoS. ?!?!

    Just got off chat with MS according to them "Upon checking here, it shows that you purchased the ESO subscription into your account. The reason why you're not able to see it on your account is because ESO server has announced their on going server maintenance affecting not only you but most players who owns ESO membership in accessing it in game. No worries because someone from our team is currently working hard with partner game developer to fix it as soon as possible. For now, all we need to do is to wait for the server to be back up and running.
    June L.: We just received the issue today. " Anyone hear of any maintenance?

    Well, to be honest. If this isn't fixed by the end of the day. I'm done with this game. Tired of all this crap. Cancelling Esoplus and moving on.

    Yeah I don't think you want to quit. The crafting bag is more reason that any to stay.

    Love the crafting bag. But as of now I can't access any DLC areas. There is multitude of loading screens, invisible npcs, lag, quest markers not working and much more on the x1. Love this game but ZoS seems hellbent on pushing players away.

    Because the crafting bag is worse than crack. It has its cold dark claws in me and wont let go. Oh that sweet, blissful feeling when get your next fix, I mean, log in to your characters with room in their inventories...

    Cancel your subscriptions people!!!

    The developers (some, not all) and publishers (all) only care about your money.

    If you continue to sub to this game, you are only telling ZOS that they are doing a great job and you are satisfied with the product.

    Personally, i don't believe I have ever seen such poor post launch support for a game in my life.... The ineffective handling of in game mechanics and abilities (toppling charge, etc), the lag which continues to get worse with every DLC, and the ridiculous prices of cosmetic add ones and reskins... ESO is nothing but a CASH GRAB at this point. And you, the players, are being taken for fools.

    I am having same exact problem. I just noticed it when I was putting things in bank and noticed blacksmith stuff in my inventory. I really hope they fix this soon

    Sorry to hear all these issues with Xbox. I'm on PS4 and this is my 3rd full month of ESO plus. Aside from the occasional loading screen bug and lagging issues, I haven't had much other issues. I sent ZOS a couple trouble tickets as well as PS support when I did had those issues, and their responses was fairly quick.. within 24 hours to a few days. But yes, seeing a lot of posts about so many issues with Xbox. Hopefully, it gets fix for you guys soon.

    LOL, no maintenance and my ESO Plus has been working fine.
