Anyway, by auto-reload you mean /reloadui? If the game turns off completely every time at specific place or point that includes either DLC or base game, you should contact technical support instead or you might try uninstall some add-ons if you use them.
Now, as far as my knowledge goes, you cannot uninstall the DLCs, they are bound to the game - therefore you could only uninstall the game as a whole. Or you could try to use the repair option in the client itself.After you're done repairing and it still hasn't been fixed, you might contact support but you'd need to be more specific on this matter for any of us to help you.

- Select Repair

Don't know about Xbox but all of the DLCs are part of the actual game already, even if you don't own them. They just unlock for you once you buy them. Also, yeah worth mentioning; the repair will most likely take quite some time as it may redownload a lot of data.
