I just got 1000xp from a dark anker and the xp meter didn't even move.
Is that normal when you get to level 14?

Also, it moved, probably a fair amount. That should be roughly 10% of a level. But, sometimes the UI doesn't show the bars changing properly. Usually I see this happen when I actually rank up in a skill line. So, that could be why your level bar didn't seem to move.0 -
