Stealth Exploit

I saw a person with a bow he was waiting with a stretched bow for heavy attack, then he turned stealth and i saw his last spot but he wasnt aware that i saw him. So i went his spot in sneak the sneak indicatior eye was opening half like someone nearby so i checked around with half opened eye and it was a radius like 3-4 meters but i couldnt reveal him then i sloted evil hunter and used it on the spot but no he didnt turn visible and this is not my first experience about this i think there is a stealth exploit.

That 'half-open' eye doesn't mean crap... I get that all time time in PvE when there isn't anyone around... perhaps a squirrel was eyeing you... sometimes I get that with mudcrabs. The player may also be wearing Night's Silence or other time of gear that removed stealth speed penalty... so he literally stealth and 'ran away' without you being aware.

You said he was standing there and THEN he went into stealth... I think you miss the word WAS standing there and then you 'saw his last spot' but 'he didn't see me'... how do you know he didn't see you and how do you know he didn't stealth and then move away from the spot?!? You jump on here to claim 'bug' yet there is no evidence other than what you THINK occurred without proof.

When you go in the location where someone entered stealth/invisible the eye always open a little, not a cheat.

The eye is mid-open when you are near the last spot you was able to see him. He can move, if he is still in stealth the mid-eye will stay at the same place.

The stealth eye is a large radius. It is larger than most people think. I have had ano eye partially open and when I pop a detect pot they are like 12 meters away roughly. This would fall outside of the radius for evil hunter too. I don't think it is an exploit at all. Just a large radius when the eye is partially open. Even if you went to where he was standing previously he could have moved.

I've had many similar cases like this. And all those time I was able to determine someone was sitting in stealth in the same spot, but still couldn't find the person even when I was able to somewhat narrow down the "middle". Once i even used a detect pot, positive that I had him and still nothing. He was cornered on the top corner of a keep wall so there's not much of a place to hide. Even checked the bottom floors. It's probably just stacked stealth passives idk but it was pissing me off

I agree!, I tried really hard to be very competitive and excellent at my skills in cyrodiil but sadly, its a waste of time and effort.
In cyrodiil, no one plays fairly and they can't! , due to the main issues exploits, hacks, lags, zegs and TS bandits, yes TS bandits, these guys pretended to think their pros but are not, just some common thugs that like to prey on a single/alone target for fun and think themselfs as pros.

I can understand TS in a big group but small groups is bad like just look at the banana squad AP zerglings, they use TS about 24/7 and grind the heck out of everyone, thus make cyrodiil laggy and low fps, when they are active . For these guys TS should be banned for good.

For those, who don't know, what is TS.

I think people suck. Instead of competitive fights most seek to bully solo rollers by waiting in locations for questers or skyshard/lorebook hunters. Ganking to prevent reinforcement of a keep is one thing, but im not sure how killing someone before they can react is fun unless you're just that pathetic.

Different playstyle a for different people. You basically just called anyone who likes the dB type style pathetic. So the night mother is pathetic?

There are counters to being ganked. Try and run a counter.

Totally agree! I personally find tanks more annoying than gankers, I know I can kill a ganker - but I know I can never kill a permablocking tank on my own. But just because I find it annoying I will not condemn those that do not. They might find my play style annoying and that's their right, but people should keep those thoughts to themselves and try to realise that different things are for different people.

So you saw someone with a charged bow heavy attack, then go into stealth. Assuming that he let go of the attack button, even if he wasn't wearing anything which gave a speed bonus or had any passives like vampirism then unless you were right on top of him there's 270 degrees that person can escape to and you're none the wiser.

The half-open eye, as previously mentioned, means nothing for where they are. I've tested it and had players unstealth behind me about 30-40m away from where I had a half-open eye. There is no stealth exploit going on here just so you know.
