Yeah, you can't have any skills on your bar either.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

It's says.. blade of woe doesn't work on harder enemies. So PvP would be considered as harder enemies.

that one of the requirements, but it takes as well to respec and to NOT have CP, attribute and skill points assigned
