Missing Crowns on ESO+ ANNIVERSARY

Hi ZOS,

just wanted to let you know that its been 1 year now and you still haven't done anything to fix eso+ on xbox one. Not once did it give me crowns. I'd like to thank your supervisors for giving me such reassuring promises. Good job guys! Its okay its only been 1 year. Its not really that much embarrassing.

im still missing 4500 crowns from LAST YEAR. the way they have you verify is to screenshot your transaction on the microsoft billing page with your email displayed in the top right. problem is, once you scroll down to your transaction your email scrolls offscreen. you cant have both on screen at the same time.

Both those posts seem upsetting. I've yet to have an issue with crowns but I'd be *** livid. At this point... Between cash grab dlcs, non existent loading and crashing fixes, skills not working properly, etc.. I can see why anyone would lose faith in this company.

There's no point to care about any of that though, good luck with your situations... Hopefully just by bringing it up again someone else might solve your problems.

If you know how microsoft works, it is not on their end it is actually xbox its self that is causing the issue. they are trying to work up a fix but it still needs to b approved by microsoft. Best thing you can do is contact support (zeni) and let them know they will have to contact microsoft and have the crowns issued.

Ummmm... Seriously? At a year I think my patience would run out, and I'm an extremely patient man.

There has to be a solution for this, if for no other reason than so I never have to read another post like this.
