Agility Set doesn't seem to be working

I'm not sure if I am missing something obvious or if it really isn't working as it should be. I purchased Necklace of Agility, Ring of Agility and Bow of Agility for the set of 3. When I equip my bow however, it does not add this as item number 3, and even lowers the stats of the bonuses. Have I purchased the wrong items, or is this a glitch?
