Where does the ravager set come from in cyrodiil? I have been trying to get the 3 jewelry pieces but I can't find it anywhere

    Heavy offensive chests from the elite gear vendor. Make sure you check the item level before you buy. the pieces in the bags are random sets so you might blow through a lot of AP before you find what you're looking for. Otherwise just buy them at a guild trader (rawl'ka is likely to have it). They aren't too expensive.
